I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelors degree in Counselling, Coaching and Mentoring. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I work with adults and young people aged 16+ with a range of presenting issues including: anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, trauma, work related issues and stress.
No matter what form of support you need, I believe that the client-therapist relationship is most important. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Submit an enquiry form informing me that you are interested in starting therapy. We can then discuss availability and book you in for an initial assessment.
What is an initial assessment?
The initial assessment consists of being asked a few questions about yourself, what you want from counselling and your background. It lasts between 20 minutes to 1 hour. It is also a chance to see if I am able to support you but also for you to see if I am the right counsellor for you. Here you can also ask any questions that you have.
How much do sessions cost?
The initial assessment is priced at £30 and individual counselling sessions are priced at £50 per session. Payments are made via bank transfer.
